How to Use:
- Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse to remove oils and impurities.
- Shape the brows before applying tint.
- Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
- Apply the tint to the brows and let it develop for 5-15 minutes, depending on desired intensity.
- Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
